The CRS assesses your rank in the Express Entry Pool on the

- Core
Human Factors: You can score a maximum of 500 points
- Skill
Transfer ability Factors: You can score a maximum of 100 points
- If you
have a Canadian Provincial Nomination, you may score a maximum of 600 points
- If you
have a valid job offer in Canada, you may score a maximum of 200 points
- If you
have an educational qualification from Canada you may score a maximum of 30
points.
- For
proficiency in French you may gain additional of 30 points
- If you
have a sibling living in Canada as a PR, you may score a maximum of 15 points
What if I score the minimum cut-off marks on CRS but other candidates do so too?
Once you qualify for Express Entry Pool, your profile stays
in the pool till it clears the cut off as announced by the fortnightly draws by
IRCC, for a maximum duration of one year. There may be many candidates who
score the cut off marks. In such a case, profiles that are older than an
announced date are given priority.
